Yard Art Return Policy
What can be returned ? We appreciate your business, and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find the product to be defective we will accept your return as long as you follow these guidelines :
- Inspect your merchandise when it is received and note damages on the delivery slip.
- Contact us by phone at 925 234-3153 or email help@uniquegardendecor.com within 72 hours of receiving merchandise. You need to contact us to receive a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number so we can arrange your return. Without a RMA Number we will not be able to accept your merchandise.
- Shipping charges are not refundable
- All returned products must be in the original shipping containers with all packaging materials and anything else included in the packing of the product.
- Special orders are not standard products and cannot be returned for any reason.
THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE PRIOR TO ACCEPTING IT. SIGNING FOR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE WILL PROHIBIT YOUR ELIGIBILTY FOR A REPLACEMENT.
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED.
Where do the items get returned to ? When you contact us at 925 234-3153 or help@uniquegardendecor.com for the Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number we will provide you with the address the product needs to be delivered to.
How to process a return : Write your RMA# with a marker on the outside of the box. To get an RMA# contact Yard Art at 925 234-3153 or help@uniquegardendecor.com All returns must include all original packing materials and boxes. Take the mailing address we provided and ship it back using a carrier that gives you a way to track it. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. When we receive the merchandise we will inspect it for the damage, and credit your card back 100% of the purchase price of the product.
