Order Processing and Shipping Responsibility

Once an order is placed, it will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, unless Yard Art has been instructed otherwise. Customers are responsible for ensuring they can receive the delivery at the designated address. If you need to order, but don’t need it right away, no problem, tell us your preferred delivery date when you place the order. If your order has already shipped, and you cannot receive your delivery, Yard Art, at its discretion, can have the products stored until you are ready. Please note, that buyers will be responsible for any storage-related fees incurred after the product has been shipped.

Shipping Methods

Most items are shipped on pallets via Less than Truckload (LTL) carriers due to their oversized and heavy nature. Smaller items may be shipped via FedEx or UPS if they meet the carriers’ size and weight guidelines and can be safely packaged. For larger orders requiring a dedicated truck, we will source the most cost-effective shipping option for your delivery address. Products may be packaged in boxes, shrink-wrapped, blanket-wrapped, or crated depending on their size and fragility.

Commercial and Trade Deliveries

Your shipping estimate will outline the services included with the delivery, such as whether a lift gate or a delivery appointment phone call is provided. For further details, please contact Yard Art to discuss specific delivery requirements.

Residential Deliveries

Residential orders are typically delivered curbside unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. Once your shipment reaches the local terminal, the carrier is instructed to call to schedule a delivery appointment. However, this is not guaranteed. If the carrier arrives without an appointment, you have the option to reject the delivery and reschedule for a more convenient time. Commercial furniture orders may be eligible for white-glove delivery service, which includes unpacking and packaging removal. We currently ship to residential and business addresses in the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). Select items may also be shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.
