Shipping Policy at Yard Art

Unless specified in writing, once an order is placed by customer, it will be shipped out as soon as possible, and customer is responsible for being able to receive the delivery. Yard Art, at its discretion, may store the products for Buyer until Buyer is ready to receive. The Buyer will be responsible for all related costs and expenses with storing products.

Most items will be shipped on a pallet using a Less than Truckload (LTL) common carrier. This is due to most products being oversized and heavy. Smaller items may ship via FedEx or UPS if they fit within their guidelines, and it is determined the product(s) can be safely shipped in this manner. If your order is of a size that requires a dedicated truck we will source the best rate for the delivery address. Depending on the items being shipped, they might be boxed, shrink wrapped, blanket wrapped, or crated.

Commercial or Trade Deliveries
Your estimate will tell you what services will be included with the delivery. Whether or not a lift gate is included, and if a phone call will be made for a delivery appointment. If you would like more information on this please contact Yard Art.

Residential Deliveries
Unless arranged in advance of the order, residential orders will have a curbside delivery. Once your order has arrived at your local terminal, the shipper is told to call to make an appointment. Yard Art cannot guarantee this will happen. In the event the shipper shows up without an appointment, you may reject the delivery, and arrange for a more suitable delivery date. Commercial furniture orders may be shipped using a white glove service, where all packaging will be removed upon delivery. Any white glove service would need to be confirmed prior to ordering. Shipping locations
We currently ship to all U.S. residential and business addresses in the lower 48 states, with select items available to ship to Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us if the delivery address is not in the lower 48, and we will try to accommodate you.
