Warranty - Concrete Products

Concrete Products have a 30 year plus expected life.  They are made with the following specifications:

CONCRETE SPECIFICATIONS – STOCK MATERIALS:          

Local, washed torpedo sand (tan color).  Local – 3/8” pea gravel (tan color).  Cement – very light gray color:  7 – 7 ½ bags per cubic yard.  Water Reducers used to increase strength and durability.

Chemical entrained air – 6-8% causes concrete to be more salt and chloride resistant.  Average strength after 28 days 5000 PSI plus.  Concrete cured indoors under plastic cover for 5 to 7 days at

70 degrees before exposure to outside air.  Reinforcing:  wire, wire mesh, reinforcing bars, or plastic fibers are used where needed to reinforce or strengthen our products.

CONCRETE FINISH:

Natural local 3/8” stone exposed aggregate (unless other aggregates or cement colors have been specially ordered); same material thru entire unit, no veneers, nothing glued on.  Any dirt or graffiti on these products can be high pressure washed or sandblasted to give the product a like new appearance.

DOMES AND LINERS:

Metal or plastic domes and liners carry a twelve month warranty from the manufacturer to be free of defects and workmanship.  The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part when returned to point of shipment.  Warranty does not apply to any product which is damaged by careless or incorrect handling or use of said products.

IPE LUMBER:

Ipe Lumber is an Imported Brazilian Hardwood.

RECYCLED PLASTIC LUMBER:

Manufacturer uses HDPE recycled plastic lumber made of recycled milk jugs.  It is not expected to absorb moisture, rot, or splinter.  The recycled plastic comes in many UV stabilized colors.
